From reception desk to final report

One system for the whole visit, so nothing is typed twice and nothing gets lost between the counter and the scan room.

Register the patient and issue a token

Reception searches existing patients or registers a new one in seconds, picks the examinations from your catalogue and prints the token and receipt.

  • Patient names in English and Urdu
  • Walk-ins, appointments and urgent priority
  • Preparation instructions in Urdu and English

Report on a structured template

Each organ has its own section. Choose findings, enter measurements, and SonoTez writes clear sentences, calculates volumes and ratios, and shows the A4 report as you go.

  • One-click normal presets that never overwrite what you recorded
  • Phrase shortcuts and keyboard-first entry
  • Second-screen preview for dual monitors

Pre-finalization checks catch missing sections and unanswered questions. The signed report carries your letterhead, the doctor's PMDC number and a QR code that proves it is genuine.

Everything an ultrasound centre needs

Designed with sonologists, receptionists and centre owners in Pakistan.

Structured reporting

Organ-by-organ templates generate consistent sentences from the findings you select, so reports read the same whoever writes them.

Live A4 preview

See the exact printed report while you type, on the same screen or on a second monitor.

Reception and queue

Tokens, walk-ins, appointments, referring doctors and an urgent-first worklist.

Billing

Prices from your examination catalogue, invoices, discounts, partial payments and daily totals.

QR verification and patient portal

Patients open their report through a PIN-protected link; anyone can scan the QR to confirm a report is genuine.

Critical findings

Flag urgent findings, record who was told and when, and see what is still awaiting communication.

Versions and amendments

Finalized reports are frozen. Corrections are issued as amendments and every version is kept.

Multi-branch

Run several branches with shared templates, separate queues and staff assigned per branch.

Secure by default

Encrypted images, two-factor sign-in, role permissions and an audit log of every change.

A real app on your phone

Check the queue from home, review a draft between patients or show a report to a referring doctor. SonoTez installs to the home screen and feels like a native app.

42 ultrasound report templates, ready to adapt

Built from published reporting standards (ACR, RCR, ISUOG, SRU and others). Open any template to see its sections, measurements and a sample normal report.

Clinical safety

The doctor decides. Always.

Reporting software should never put words in a doctor's mouth. SonoTez writes only what you record, and refuses to call anything normal that you did not see.

  • No automatic grading or classification. Thresholds are reference notes only.
  • "Not visualized" and "limited" are reported honestly, never as normal.
  • Templates must be approved by your clinical lead before use.
  • Every report records the template version and calculations used.

Frequently asked questions

What is SonoTez?

SonoTez is ultrasound reporting software and diagnostic centre management software in one. Reception registers the patient and issues a token, the sonologist reports on a structured template with a live A4 preview, the report is finalized, printed or shared by secure link, and billing is recorded against the same visit.

Does SonoTez diagnose or grade findings automatically?

No. The reporting doctor makes every clinical decision. Templates generate sentences only from what the doctor records, published thresholds appear only as reference notes, and grades such as stenosis categories are always selected by the doctor. A structure marked "not visualized" is never reported as normal.

Which ultrasound examinations are supported?

75 examinations across abdomen, gynaecology and fertility, obstetrics, small parts, vascular Doppler, musculoskeletal, paediatrics and guided procedures, served by 42 structured report templates. Centres can edit any template or build their own.

Can I use my own report format?

Yes. Every template can be copied and edited in the template builder: sections, measurements, options, normal presets and sentence wording. New versions go through draft, clinical review and approval, and never change reports that are already finalized.

Can patients receive their reports online?

Yes. A finalized report can be shared through a secure patient link protected by a PIN. Every printed report carries a QR code that anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine and current, without exposing clinical content.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. SonoTez runs in the browser on Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone and can be installed to the home screen like an app. On a phone the report screen switches between patient, report and preview panes.

Does SonoTez support Urdu?

Patient names can be recorded and printed in Urdu alongside English, and patient preparation instructions are provided in Urdu.

How is patient data protected?

Images and PDFs are encrypted at rest with AES-256, every user has their own login with role-based permissions and optional two-factor authentication, every change is recorded in an audit log, and the service runs behind TLS with rate limiting and bot protection.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at Rs 3,000 per month for a solo practice. Every new centre gets a 15-day free trial and no card is needed to start.
